Utility trenches, culverts, and lots of rock

We have had a lot of rain over the past month. Dave and all the people working for him have had to try to work around the rainstorms, taking advantage of each dry day. He's been able to get the utility trenches dug, utilities in, and has brought in a ton (well, literally tons) of rock for the areas he needs built up.

The turn-around has has developed a lot this past month. Here is a photo, taken November 19th:
