LAST week's meal plan: I stuck to my plan last week.

This week's grocery spending notes (Oct 10- Oct 17):

I bought 2 packs of ground beef (each package is split into 3, 1.3lb. portions, and froze that. I do buy organic beef and prefer it from local options, but I'm out of those. So that amount will make 6 meals for my family (using 1.3 lbs. for each meal). I bought 2 rotisserie chickens, which are already prepped for meals this week. Total: 152.23

Fred Meyer:

I got two freebies (a big container of Oatmilk and a small Chiobana drink), both which I gave to my daughter who doesn't eat dairy. I added 2 jugs of bleach to my pantry stock, as well as 8 packages of cream cheese (on sale). Also bought some specific items for my son, who is taking Home Economics and has 3 recipes to make this week. Total: 159.30
